I am a young Polish coach and for many years I have been developing under the supervision of the best specialists in Spain. A few years ago I read an interview with the eminent methodologist Francisco Seirul·lo  (FC Barcelona) in which he said the sentence, revolutionizing the world of football:

“Physical preparation in football doesn’t exists.”

Since then, I have set myself one goal to meet Professor Seirul·lo  and understand his methodology, which has led to the development of stars such as Leo Messi, Xavi Hernández, Andrés Iniesta and many others.

After studying for many years, I feel ready to spread the “football heritage” from the Iberian Peninsula. I feel ready means I know everything? Of course not! This means that I am able to challenge the old paradigm that is ingrained in minds of many people and prevents them from taking a step forward. Are you ready?
