Over 6 years ago, I embarked on a journey to Barcelona to explore the philosophy of Catalan clubs, led by FC Barcelona. During my time there, I had the privilege of meeting exceptional coaches and witnessing the talent of remarkable players. Inspired by my own experience as a 16-year-old boy making a debut in the second professional division in Poland, where I lacked support, I am now determined to ensure that no young talent in my country faces similar challenges.
Through my book, participation in conferences, and training courses, I aim to educate coaches and equip them with the necessary knowledge to support young players effectively. Additionally, I provide inertia training opportunities to enhance players' skills and abilities. In collaboration with RCD Espanyol de Barcelona, one of Spain's top academies, we organize an event that grants outstanding players the opportunity to travel to Barcelona and further their development. My mission is crystal clear: to inspire and empower young players, creating an environment where they can thrive and lay the foundations for success in Polish football.

With 8 years of coaching experience, I have worked in Warsaw, New York, and Barcelona, training both individuals and teams. During this time, I have had the privilege of working with a group of 300 players, including youth representatives from Spain and Poland. Each location has provided unique challenges and opportunities for growth, shaping me into a versatile and experienced coach.
Once a year, coaches from the RCD Espanyol de Barcelona Academy will visit Poland to select the most talented players and offer them the opportunity to travel to Barcelona. This exclusive chance opens doors for aspiring players to showcase their skills and embark on a transformative journey in the football capital, where they can learn from top professionals and take their game to new heights. Thanks to the latest technology and inertia training equipment directly imported from Spain, players now have the opportunity to improve both their coordination and strength simultaneously. We take pride in being the pioneers in Poland to introduce this cutting-edge technology to training, allowing athletes to take their performance to the next level.
“Self-organization” - explores how complexity science can inform training methodologies. Through this approach, coaches can better understand and optimize the complex and dynamic systems of player development.
With the growing demand for inertia training among players, we provide specialized coach training programs to ensure easy access to this technology.
